Orderly bacon

I’m at a three-day company offsite in Lake Tahoe.

Today’s meal team is preparing brunch. They’re making some kind of sous-vide omelette extravaganza. Don’t know the details yet.

But this is the most orderly tray of bacon I’ve seen in my entire life.
