I’m starting to think PithHelmet is dead. I’ve already moved on to AdBlock for Safari.
FWIW, it seems the maintainer for PithHelmet is online infrequently due to being threatened by a random idiot.
@Jeremy: He still ought to communicate with his user base, who by the way paid him money for his product. Either post an update explaining how to work around the problem, or why it’s really not a PithHelmet problem, or fix it, or pull down the PithHelmet page. C’mon, this is business 101.
