PithHelmet crashes Safari 3.2

PithHelmet crashes Safari 3.2. Safari acted normally for a day or so after I upgraded to 3.2. Then, it started crashing within a couple of minutes of being launched. The crashes were always Exception: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (0x0001) and Codes: KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS. Nothing else was acting up, so I didn't think it was a hardware problem. I tried … Continue reading PithHelmet crashes Safari 3.2

Why Emacs is fun

Based on cursory searching, this chestnut first appeared on the web in 2006. I just came across it. (I disagree with the Visual Studio curve, BTW.)

The plural of CMS

I did a little searching and found some relevant posts on this question. The plural of CMS is CMSs. The possessive plural is CMSs'. That's my story and I'm sticking with it.

World Plone Day, and a better start for a Plone introductory talk

Long live the blogosphere. … Continue reading Voting today

The Seattle WPD page has the details, and a link for RSVPing. If you want to learn … Continue reading World Plone Day in Seattle

As it's the end of a month, I took a look at this blog's page view stats. They're tiny, of course, but trending up: September was the highest month, with 4,718 views. There've been 18,233 views total, since inception. Gee, that high month was about 1/3 of TrenchMice's average month in the last year of … Continue reading This blog’s page views
